Invisible Counsel

The wonderful book that has been in circulation for decades Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is a timeless classic. It is a book I could read over and over again. His principles teach how to think like the rich, how to tap into the power of the subconscious and rise through adversity to name a few. I’m sure most of my readers will have read this classic and I’d like to remind you of the last principle in the book.

Invisible Counsellors

When talking of invisible counsellors Napoleon Hill calls this the sixth sense. It is called many things now, Spirit, Intuition, Chanelling, Right Brain and Divine Guidance however, it is something that can be a wonderful tool for tapping into the many thoughts and wisdom of the universe.
Many successful and influential people have used this, some have kept quietand others have shared it with us. Enstein always stated that he did not know where his information came from, it did, after hours of deep thinking and a bit of sleeping download into his brain in huge chunks. His wife took all the notes from him which became his essays and books. Beethoven was another, when he lost his hearing he would see notes and bars falling into his inner vision, unsure of where it came from.

This is something we can all do. There are people past and present who influence and inspire us to be the best we can. The exercise is very simple.

If you have a strong belief that all wisdom is available to us then we are more likely to recognise it when it arrives.

Name It

Give your Invisible counsellors group a name. You may want to stick with Invisible Counsellors, it can be Board of Directors or Divine Team. Be creative here, make it as real as you can.

Who do you want your wisdom from? You may need some business help. It may be of a scientific nature or motivation. Get clear on who you want on your team, read about them, get to know them a bit then just ASK.

Decide when you will do this. It may be in the morning or last thing at night before sleeping. I prefer before sleep as I am a strong believer in the power of the subconscious mind offering us information and guidance when we need it.

Use Your Imagination

Your imagination is one of the best parts of you for inspiration. Use it to visualise, to converse, to brainstorm with your team, it knows no limits, just like the universe from where the guidance will come.
And of course, have fun :)
